Mindblowing Trick

All credit to my friend Kelli for this time-saving trick!

I hate shredding chicken, and so many recipes I make, it seems, call for shredded chicken. But here’s a super simple way to shred a bunch of chicken in a matter of seconds.

You need a Kitchenaid mixer (I’m not sure if this would work with another kind, but if you try it and it does or doesn’t, please let me know!) and cooked chicken. Doesn’t matter how you’ve cooked it; boiled, crockpot, whatever.

Take the chicken out of whatever you’ve cooked it in and put it on a plate for a few minutes to let it cool. When it’s cool enough to pick up, put several pieces of it in your Kitchenaid with the white paddle attached. Turn it on speed 4, and watch the magic happen…within a few seconds, you have a bowl full of perfectly shredded chicken! *NOTE: you might have a few small pieces fly out.*

You’re welcome!
