Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is the best made-at-home spinach artichoke dip recipe I’ve found. Literally, I could eat this until I was sick.

1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped (aren’t artichoke hearts nasty?)
1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese
¾ cup light mayo
½ cup mozzarella cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
Black pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or small shallow baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through, and then broil for a couple of minutes (watch it closely!) so that it gets bubbly and brown on top. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or cut vegetables.
